- Launch Anime Expeditions and wait for the lobby interface to finish loading.
- Open the three-dot menu.
- Select Redeem Codes.

If a code does not work
Check the expiry first
Update, milestone and compensation codes can disappear quickly. A code shown as active in an earlier snapshot is not guaranteed to remain active after a patch.
Remove hidden spaces
Mobile keyboards and copied text sometimes add a space before or after the code. Clear the field and type it manually once.
Join an updated server
If a code was released with a patch, an older server may not recognize it. Leave, join a fresh server and retry.
Confirm account requirements
Some rewards may require a player level or other progress condition. Finish the early lobby and Story steps, then attempt redemption again.
Smart way to use code rewards
Do not spend every reroll immediately. First identify which units will remain in your active team. Trait and equipment resources create more value when they improve a durable damage, economy or support role instead of a temporary starter.
